Site work for a municipal facility in Springfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to install an 8 foot ornamental iron fence and tamperproof gate at the Hampden County Housing Court entry porch located at 37 Elm Street in Springfield MA. Provide and install 8-foot ornamental iron fence across the east and west archways. Provide and install 8-foot ornamental iron swing gate or double doors. Swing gate or double doors shall have a total opening between 6 and 7 feet wide. Three-inch iron posts shall be secured to steel brackets, installed with corrosion resistant redhead anchors. Gates or doors shall be able to be locked and unlocked from either side, tamper proof, and shall be keyed to the building master key. Gates shall have no automatic closing device, but will need to be fitted with hardware to safely keep them propped fully open during business hours.
