Masonry, Roofing Barney Carriage House Chimney and Roof Repair Questions must be submitted in writing to the City (nwalker@springfieldcityhall.com) by close of business on 3/20/24 for filed sub bidders Limited repairs and modifications are planned for the Barney Carriage House located at Forest Park in Springfield. Key scope elements include repair and/or replacement in kind of four masonry chimneys, removal, and replacement of roofing materials at the ground level "wrap-around" porch and upper flat roof (including removal and replacement of the existing roof hatch). Limited slate shingles will be replaced.
