This project consists of improvements to Butternut Drive, Old Corduroy Circle, Willow Creek Court and Center Street, involving, but not limited to, full depth reclamation, 10-inches; HMA full depth pavement removal, 16-inches; earth excavation; culvert removal; curb removal; driveway removals; HMA Binder Course; HMA Surface Course; PCC concrete driveways, culverts, flared end sections, and storm sewer. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. All bids must be accompanied by a bank check, cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond payable to the Owner for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The Village of Lena reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
