The primary element of work shall consist of the construction of water distribution facilities including, but not limited to, pipe, valves, fittings, hydrants, or other appurtenant item. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier's check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be furnished by each Bidder as required by the Contract Documents.
