Description of Work: AEA and Denali Commission funded work under this Contract consists of the construction of a new bulk fuel storage facility, "Tank Farm" bulk fuel transfer station, dispensing station, a retail sales building, all related civil, electrical and mechanical and cleaning & decommissioning of existing fuel storage tanks & barge header pipelines in the community of Scammon Bay, Alaska. The Engineer's Estimate is between $5,000,000 and $7,000,000 All questions relating to design features, constructability, quantities, or other technical aspects of the project should be directed to the following.
