The purpose of this project is to replace and rehabilitate non-structural culverts on Highway 41 from the Highway 7 Intersection at Kaladar northerly to Machesney Lake Road. The service provider will provide an administration office and a full compliment of staff to provide Contract Administration and Inspection services. Project will be fully administered using the online Contract Management System (CMS).Administration services are anticipated to start in May 2024 and extend to the fall of 2024. Single lane closures will be permitted from Monday to Friday for non-structural culvert work with no lane closures expected on weekends. Commercial General Liability - Commercial general liability insurance insuring the Service Provider and naming the Ministry as an additional insured, and any other Person who the Ministry or the Service Provider may reasonably require to be added as additional insureds. Such general liability insurance shall provide coverage in respect of property damage and/or bodily injury (including death) arising out of any and all Services and Deliverables and shall include property damage if the damaged work or the work out of which the damage arises was performed on behalf of the Service Provider by a subcontractor and shall include bodily injury (including death) if the bodily injury (or death) arises out of work performed on behalf of the Service Provider. Such insurance shall contain a cross liability endorsement. The policy limit shall be no less than Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) per occurrence. The coverage under the policy shall be maintained continuously with respect to the performance of any aspect of the Services and Deliverables during the term of this Agreement.
