Validated bids must be within the window of 15% of the engineering estimate. This project requires bidder to have General Contractor's Class "B" License. Please submit a contractor application and upload all insurance requirements in PINS Advantage if you have not been approved previously. GENERAL ROOF WORK - 1. Tear off 1 layer comp 2. To Include all visible dry-rot, facia, soffit. Replace in kind. 3. Install synthetic felt 4. Roof W/ OC Tru Def Duration or GAF Timerbline RS 5. Includes new metal roof flashings, valleys, roof vents & drip edge metals 6. Remove & haul away roof debris BUILD NEW WHEELCHAIR RAMP WITH GUARD RAIL - Construct an assessable wheelchair ramp using Composite decking boards and pressure treated lumber, built to code.
