This project will coordinate all of the traffic signals outside the Downtown Central Business District in the City of Modesto. This project will consist of data collections to include existing network data, existing signal timing data, lane configuration, capacity parameters, speed data, traffic volumes, pedestrians volume and turning movement data. Then develop optimized outside the downtown signal timing plans. The System Vendor shall furnish, install, configure, integrate, and test all necessary software and hardware for a fully operational ATSPM system. This Vendor shall also be responsible for training and documentation for the proposed system. The Vendor shall utilize the City's existing communication and traffic signal infrastructure as the foundation for deploying the ATSPM system.
