The City of Paso Robles is inviting qualified firms to submit proposals to provide Professional Engineering Services for the 13th Street Bridge and Niblick Bridge Deck Preventative Maintenance Project. This project is subject to Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 (49 CFR 26) entitled "Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in Department of Transportation Financial Assistance Programs." Consultants shall take necessary and reasonable steps to ensure that DBE subconsultants have an opportunity to augment their team. The City has established a DBE Goal of 5% (per D5 approved LAPM 9 D) Consultants responding to the RFP will be required to meet this goal or document that a good faith effort was made to meet the goal prior to award of the contract. Consultant services will include, but not be limited to, the following: bid- ready Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E); bid support; to repair and rehabilitate the deck surface of the 13th Street Bridge and Niblick Bridge.
