The City of Paso Robles (City) invites qualified firms to submit a proposal to provide construction management, inspection, and related services to support implementation of an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Retrofit Project. The City will solicit bids from pre-qualified Contractors for installation of AMI water meter registers and appurtenances, including AMI cellular radio endpoints and AMI-compatible lids for approximately 10,910 meters, and includes replacement of approximately 312 existing water meter bodies that are not compatible with the AMI system. The Construction Management consultants scope of work will include comprehensive construction management services described in this request to support the successful completion of the AMI Retrofit project.
