Aquatic Plant Materials and Installation. There will not be a Pre-Proposal Conference for this IFB. Question Deadline 04/01/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Any questions concerning the intent, meaning and interpretations of the IFB documents including the attached Draft Agreement, shall be requested in writing, and received no later If the Q&A deadline has passed, a Bidder may contact the COUNTY directly if necessary at mhall02@seminolecountyfl.gov. The COUNTY reserves the right to reject any questions sent after the Q&A deadline. The awarded Contractor(s) are to provide Seminole County with aquatic plant material in various sizes and installation as listed in Attachment A with delivery for restoration projects. The requested items in Attachment A are for future projects throughout Seminole County. The contractor(s) must be available for pick-up and/or delivery on an as needed basis. Each plant and tree material order will specify the species and quantity requested. Plant and tree material shall be separated by species and bundled in increments as specified on purchase order request from the County's project manager (i.e. 500 pickerelweed bundled in increments of 100). Professional installation of aquatic plants for County projects is a part of this bid. Costs need to reflect both plant/tree cost and install cost. The Bidder is expected to completely analyze the information contained in this Invitation for Bid (IFB) as guidance for the preparation of their written submittal. The Bidder's written bid should be specific, detailed, and complete to demonstrate the Bidder's understanding of the requested work clearly and fully and/or delivery requirements. Seminole County intends to select multiple contractors responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, coordination and incidentals necessary to provide the quality for aquatic plant and tree material for projects as listed in the attached pricing sheet, "Attachment A".
