Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Saint James, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel.
Construction of a 55-foot, single span slab beam bridge supported on pile footings. Total project length is 377.45 feet with asphalt roadway. This project is located on C.R. 3620, in Section 27, Township 38 N, Range 6 West, St. James in Phelps County, Missouri, over Dry Fork Creek. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening A certified cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The Phelps County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder.
