Site work for a civil project in Saint James, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For the construction of the following: St. James Lift Station No. 2 Replacement: Project consists of the construction of new valve vault; existing wet well modifications; plug valves; tie in to existing sewer force main; concrete encasement; project shall also include construction of submersible pumps with owner supplied equipment package; all necessary thrust blocks, fittings, tees, and appurtenances. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to determine the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder, and to award the contract on that basis. Each bidder must submit a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of their total bid. The prevailing hourly rate of wages, as determined by the Industrial Commission of Missouri, will be complied with on this project, and not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages as found by the agencies or Court of Appeals shall be paid to all workmen performing work under this contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
