The base bid will cover an asphalt repaving/overlay of Academic Avenue with six Additive Alternatives for driveway offshoots. Work shall ensure proper grading and drainage to ensure no water pooling on the asphalt; reestablish of all existing markings and striping, regrading and seeding of disturbed soils. The Contractor will dispose of any old sealant material and remove any excess materials and paint after project completion according to applicable State, Federal, Local and Military regulations.
