Site work for a mixed-use development in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

sealed bids for a lump-sum contract are invited for the following work: EPSTEIN FAMILY AMPHITHEATER - SECURITY GATES The project will provide security gates and fences at the entry points to the Epstein Family Amphitheater. This will allow for end user flexibility for security, operations, and pedestrian control. The scope of work includes five (5) sets of gates: two (2) 3-panel accordion pivot gates, three (3) pedestrian swing gates, one (1) large swing gate and associated structural components and adjacent picket fence and footings. Estimated project duration is ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) calendar days. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Lump Sum Base Bid, excluding alternates, shall accompany each Bid. The Surety issuing the Bid Bond shall be, on the Bid Deadline, listed in the latest published State of California, Department of Insurance, list of Insurers Admitted to Transact Surety Insurance in This State. Subject to conditions prescribed by the undersigned, Prequalification Questionnaires from Contractors licensed as follows C-13 Fencing Contractor License Attendance at the Prequalification Conference is mandatory for Contractors attempting to become prequalified to bid on this specific project Consolidated Questions and Answers, dated August 1, 2024.
