Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Kent, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The project consists of installing approximately 19 tons of rubberized asphalt for crack sealing asphalt roadway sections on various City of Kent Streets, all in accordance with Kent Special Provisions, and the WSDOT Standard Specifications. A cashier's check, cash or surety bond in the amount of 5% of the bid must be included with the bid. The City anticipates issuance of Notice to Proceed on or after July 8th, 2024 The Engineer's estimated range for this project is approximately $200,000 to $230,000. The City of Kent reserves the right to reject any and all bids on any or all schedules or alternates or to waive any informalities in the bidding and shall determine which bid or bidders is the most responsive, satisfactory and responsible bidder and shall be the sole judge thereof. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
