The Project Includes The Following Work: Construction Of A New 5,384 Square Foot Single Story Wood- Framed Structure In Huntington, Ut. Including A Large Open Space For Gathering, Commercial Kitchen, Pantry, And Walk-in Cooler/freezer. Site Improvements Include Approximately 800-ton Asphalt Pavement, 1,000 L.f. Curb And Gutter, 5,200 S.f. Concrete Sidewalk, Water, Sewer, Power, And Telecommunications To The Building And Related Work. Construction Also Includes Site Components Including Utilities, Sidewalk, Curb & Gutter, Asphalt Parking Lot, Site Lighting, And More. Bids Will Be Received For A Single Contract. Owner Anticipates That The Project's Total Bid Price Will Be Approximately $2,245,000. The Project Is Expected To Be Completed By November 15, 2024. Document Notes : Prospective Bidders May Examine The Bidding Documents At The Issuing Office Monday Through Friday Between The Hours Of 8:00 A.m. To 5:00 P.m., Except Holidays Or May Obtain Copies Of The Bidding Documents From The Issuing Office As Described Below. Partial Sets Of Bidding Documents Will Not Be Available From The Issuing Office. Neither Owner Nor Engineer Will Be Responsible For Full Or Partial Sets Of Bidding Documents, Including Addenda, If Any, Obtained From Sources Other Than The Designated Websites And The Issuing Office. Printed Copies Of The Bidding Documents May Be Obtained From The Issuing Office By Paying A Deposit Of $[40.00] For Each Set. Bidders Who Return Full Sets Of The Bidding Documents In Good Condition Within 10 Days After Receipt Of Bids Will Receive A Full Refund. Non-bidders, And Bidders Who Obtain More Than One Set Of The Bidding Documents, Will Receive A Refund Of $[20.00] For Documents Returned In Good Condition Within The Time Limit Indicated Above.
