Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eagle Mountain, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; transportation facility; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. The work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following Construct approximately 10,100 linear feet of new two-lane roadway on Airport Road from Fiona Street to approximately 1,650 feet south of SR-73, includes asphalt pavement, roadside ditch grading, topsoil/reseeding, adjusting several sewer manholes to grade, installing newRCP culverts with flared end sections, and replacing an existing pipe culvert with a 27'-11"x11'-1" Bridgecor box culvert with MSE welded wire headwalls with rock facing. Construction services including sewer maintenance and repair, roads and highways and excavation and backfill services, levee and dam construction and digging, ditching, road grading, rock stabilization, equipment rental or lease, and energy conservation. A bid or proposal must be accompanied by a bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% of Bidders maximum bid price and in the form of a certified check or a Bid bond issued by a surety. The cost of the bid bond should be entered as a line item in the bid cost proposal. 100% Performance Bond will be posted by the approved contractor at contract signing 100% Payment Bond will be posted by the approved contractor at contract signing .
