As of March 28, 2024: Due to the submission requirements for a grant being sought by the Owner, the bidding timeline is shifting by several months. All Bidders are hereby notified that the Bid Opening scheduled for Tuesday, April 9, 2024, for ALL contracts, has been postponed until further notice. Completion for all contracts is as follows: a. Substantial Completion - Phase 1 - August 16, 2024 b. Substantial Completion - Phase 2 - August 15, 2025 Final Completion - August 28, 2026
