The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Hazardous materials removal 2. Selective demolition 3. Building construction for new addition 4. Renovations 5. Selective demolition 6. Associated site work B. Project will be constructed under coordinated, concurrent multiple contracts.
