Renovation of a mixed-use development in Prospect Park, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 93,038-square-foot, two-story above grade, one-story below grade educational facility.
As of March 28, 2024: Due to the submission requirements for a grant being sought by the Owner, the bidding timeline is shifting by several months. All Bidders are hereby notified that the Bid Opening scheduled for Tuesday, April 9, 2024, for ALL contracts, has been postponed until further notice. Contract No. 2: HVAC Construction Project Location: 900 Washington Ave, Prospect Park, PA 19076 All questions must be sent to: Bob Montanye (bob.montanye@kcba-architects.com) KCBA Architects (KCBA) 1. The Notice to Proceed will be issued as noted on the Phasing Plan(s). 2. Completion for each phase and milestones are noted on the Phasing Plan and must be strictly complied with. 3. Completion for all contracts is as follows: a. Substantial Completion - Phase 1 - August 16, 2024 b. Substantial Completion - Phase 2 - August 15, 2025 Final Completion - August 28, 2026
