Renovation of a mixed-use development in Prospect Park, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 93,038-square-foot, two-story above grade, one-story below grade educational facility.
As of March 28, 2024: Due to the submission requirements for a grant being sought by the Owner, the bidding timeline is shifting by several months. All Bidders are hereby notified that the Bid Opening scheduled for Tuesday, April 9, 2024, for ALL contracts, has been postponed until further notice. Contract No. 5: Environmental Remediation Question Deadline 04/04/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed as listed below.
