Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Logan, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

Site grading, installation of underground utilities, fencing. Construct new pre-engineered metal building. Last Day for Questions: Tuesday, March 19, 2024, 3:00 pm Selection Announcement Friday, March 22, 2024, via email Bidders are required to provide a 5% Bid Bond for the proposed Bid amount. The work is to be substantially complete by October 31, 2024. The Contractor's Agreement will be provided to the GC from USU Facilities Design and Construction, using our standard contract. The Contract Time will be as indicated in the GC Proposal. The successful GC, simultaneously with the execution of the Contract Agreement, will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, both bearing original signatures. The performance and payment bonds shall be for an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum when established, and secured from a company that meets the requirements specified in the requisite forms. USU Facilities Design and Construction reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the Owner. The Contract will be awarded via email on Friday, March 22, 2024 to the selected GC. The GC shall comply with and require all of its Subcontractors to comply with the license laws as required by the State of Utah.
