Site work and paving for a civil project in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of La Crosse, Wisconsin, has received authorization for funding from the Highway Safety Improvement Project (HSIP) to redesign and reconstruct one aging and deficient roadway and one traffic signal in the City of La Crosse. The City is seeking to select a consultant, or consultants, for design engineering service. Upon successful negotiations with the selected firm(s), the City will enter into a two-party Design Engineering Services Agreement with the consultant. The roadway facility is Losey Boulevard from Mormon Coulee Rd to Ward Ave. The signalized intersection is at Losey Boulevard & Main Street. The selected consultant(s) will provide all necessary reports, prepare and submit all necessary applications and permitting materials, facilitate agency coordination, prepare any required right-of-way plats, and prepare and submit construction plans, specifications, and estimates. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
