Site work for a water / sewer project in Davenport, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The extent of work on this project is the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of improvements generally described as follows: Water service connections to Iowa American Water. If the contract is awarded by the Scott County Conservation Board, the proposed improvements shall be fully completed within the Contract Time of 150 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. A Notice to Proceed shall be issued the same day as execution of the Agreement by the Scott County Conservation Board which is anticipated to be in April 2024. Bidding forms, copies of the plans and specifications, and contract documents can be obtained at https://www.shive-hatteryplanroom.com or Quad Cities Rapid Reproductions 3872 Elmore Avenue, Davenport, IA 52807 (563) 445-3081. Neither owner nor engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of bidding documents, including addenda if any, obtained from sources other than Shive-Hattery, Inc., or Rapids Reproductions. Each bid shall be accompanied by bid security meeting the requirements of the specifications and made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid.
