Site work for a civil project in Peshawbestown, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project is for the engineering of three Type 1 community wells. Two are located in Grand Traverse county between the Grand Traverse Resort and the Turtle Creek Casino. The third well is located in Leelanau county, Peshawbestown near the water tower. These wells will need to produce approximately 400 GPM. In addition to the wells, a pumphouse with controls capable of communicating between three locations will be need to be engineered. The engineering company awarded this project will need to complete all portions of this project including Bidding/Soliciting/Pricing prior to August 30, 2024. An exploratory test well was drilled at the Grand Traverse County site and a report from Layne is available for review upon request. The Peshawbestown site has an existing well and test well available for review for comparison design purposes.
