Site work and renovation of a civil project in Peshawbestown, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: A. Hoxsie Site a. Wells and yard piping: Two new potable water supply wells, 380 LF ~ 8-inch watermain, 630 LF ~ 12-inch watermain, two hydrants, associated valves and fittings, connection to existing water system, one 1-inch water service to well house. b. Well house: CMU block structure w/ metal crimp seem roof, concrete floor, concrete apron, laminated fiberglass wall panels, and metal security doors, lighting, HVAC, process piping, VFD's, flow meter, pressure gauges, pressure switches, basic I&C, chlorine treatment and storage, water sampling and testing, security, furnishings, paint and coatings, eye wash and shower station, signage, and personal protective equipment. c. Backup Power - i. Generator plug and Manual Transfer Switch. ii. Alternate - Permanent natural gas generator and Automatic Transfer Switch. d. Site Improvements: MDOT driveway access from M-72, gravel access drive, 6-foot tall chain-link fence, 6-foot tall sliding chain link gate, blow-off pond, and restoration. B. Peshawbestown Site a. Wells and yard piping: One new potable water supply well, 45 LF ~ 6-inch watermain b. Well house: Process piping, VFD, flow meter, pressure gauges, pressure switches, basic I&C, demolition and restoration of existing well house to complete process piping upgrades. c. Backup Power - Permanent natural gas generator and Automatic Transfer Switch. d. Site Improvements: Remove and replace asphalt to install new watermain, remove and replace existing chain-link fence to install watermain and new well. Bids are requested for the following Contract: New Water Supply Wells Funding This agreement is for services related to a project that is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ("IIJA"), Pub. L. 177- 58. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States, as further outlined by the Office of Management and Budget's Memorandum M-22-11, Initial Implementation Guidance on Application of Buy America Preference in Federal Financial Assistance Programs for Infrastructure, April 18,2022. A pre-bid conference for the Project will not be held.
