Reference Number 0000345937 The City of Warren is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors to furnish services required for removal, haul-out and disposal of the media accumulated in the sand filter building waste wash water wet well north (WWWN) and waste wash water wet well south (WWWS) located at the City's Waste Water Treatment Plant facility at 32360 Warkop Avenue, Warren, MI 48093. The disposal of the removed material must be at a EGLE approved Type II landfill operating in compliance with the Michigan Natural Resources and Environmental Polluti on Control Act, MCL 324.1010 et seq., the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act, 42 USC 6901 et seq., and operating under permits and licenses required for such landfill operations. Work scope includes, but is not limited to: Remove, haul-out and dispose of accumulated sediment in the sand filter WWWN and WWWS wet wells at the Warren Waste Water Treatment Plant.
