Renovation of a municipal facility in Duluth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Duluth Courthouse & Duluth Government Services Center Chiller Installation. 1. The existing St. Louis County Courthouse mechanical chiller systems are being upgraded. Scope: (2) new chillers and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing to support the new equipment. A mechanical privacy screen is being installed to comply with the UDC 50-26 screening requirements. The design of the screening was reviewed and approved by the Heritage Preservation Commission. Bid Bond: 5% Bidder understands that the County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any immaterial informality in a bid, all in the sole discretion of the County.
