No definite date for the rebid.** PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The work under this contract is to provide SCADA integration and fiberoptic communication network for future operational control of the Lakewood Water Treatment Plant Power System. This work and equipment will be part of the upgrades to the electrical service at the Lakewood Water Treatment Plant. ANTICIPATED START DATE: May 1, 2024 FINAL COMPLETION DATE: March 11, 2027 QUESTIONS: Please submit any questions regarding this project via e-mail to purchasing@duluthmn.gov by the end of the day Wednesday, March 20, 2024. Responses will be provided via addendum to this solicitation by Friday, March 22, 2024. Pursuant to Minnesota Statues 177.41 to 177.44 and corresponding Minnesota Rules 5200.1000 to 5200.1120, this contract is subject to the prevailing wages as established by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. Specifically, all contractors and subcontractors must pay all laborers and mechanics the established prevailing wages for work performed under the contract. Failure to comply with the aforementioned may result in civil or criminal penalties. The City of Duluth reserves the right to reject any or all bids, split the award or waive informalities, irregularities or minor deviations from the specifications, if deemed to be in the best interests of the City. Price may not be the only consideration for bid award. Bids must be firm for a minimum of 60 days.
