Site work for a water / sewer project in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Water and Wastewater Main Replacements at Various Locations. Cashier's check or acceptable Bidder's Bond, payable to the City of Dallas in an amount of not less than five percent of total Bid submitted must accompany Bid. City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond, each in an amount equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price. Insurance shall be furnished according to Item 103.4 of the City of Dallas Addendum to North Central Texas Standard Specification for Public Works Construction, Latest Edition. No Proposal may be withdrawn within a period of 150 days after the date fixed for opening Proposals. All Bidders will be required to comply with Chapter 15B, Equal Opportunity Contract Compliance, of the Dallas City Code. It is the goal of the City of Dallas that certain percentage of work under each Contract will be done by one or more M/WBEs. Question Deadline 04/05/2024 at 1:00 PM CT Project related questions shall be submitted in Bonfire no later. The work is located at fifteen (15) various locations within Dallas County. Reference the Project Sheet and maps for locations.
