The Town of Pittsboro in conjunction with the North Carolina Department of Transportation Division 8 is requesting bids for the above subject Contract Proposal. The Contractor is to furnish labor, material, and equipment. Questions will only be received in written form by email to bschmadeke@pittsboronc.gov. The deadline to submit written questions is 5:00 PM on OCTOBER 6TH, 2026. Responses to questions will be posted in an addendum and will be made available by 5:00 PM on October 9th, 2026. Each bidder shall make acknowledgement of receipt of all addendums in the space provided in the Bid Form. Contractors must be pre-qualified by NCDOT prior to bidding on this project.
