Question Cuttoff Date & Time 3/31/2024 11:00:00 PM (ET) Questions must be submitted in writing. The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking bids for; Replace well booster/pump at the Newhall Maintenance Garage located at 7318 27th Avenue, Watkins, IA 52354. Scope: Remove/install new well booster motor and pump in same location as existing. Start up system and verify operation. Provide manufacturer warranty for parts and one year labor warranty. Photos/additional resources can be found on the Attachment tab. Existing motor no longer works causing breakers to trip. Low water pressure creates issues for staff when washing equipment. Award: It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: Meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule.
