The decision as to the correct time for the openings shall be made by the Public Works Director of the City of Belton and that decision shall be final. Proposals received after the deadline date and time will be returned unopened. It shall be the responsibility of those submitting a proposal to assure themselves that their proposal has been received by the City of Belton. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Meeting will be evidenced by the representative's signature on the attendance roster. Seeking general electrical for rough in and finish electrical services for a 40 ft X 40 ft metal building. Provide labor and materials for the installation, connections, and finish work. There will be no mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting. All bidders have the opportunity to schedule an appointment time to view the project area and ask questions up to Friday March 29, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., local time. The project area is located at the City of Belton Public Works Facility at the Building B Annex located at 700 Seabee Road, Belton, Missouri 64012. ANTICIPATED SCOPE OF SERVICES: Seeking general electrical for rough and finish electrical services for a 40'X 40' metal building. Provide labor and materials for the installation, connections, and finish work.
