Site work and paving for a road / highway in Pueblo, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Asphalt Overlay 2024. Each bid shall be made on the forms included in the Contract Documents and no Bidder may withdraw his Bid for a period of sixty (60) days from and after the date set for opening of Bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond on an approved form in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid price made payable to the Board of County Commissioners, County of Pueblo, State of Colorado. A Performance Bond, Labor and Materials Payment Bond and Certificates of Insurance (coverage in accordance with the contract documents) will be required of the successful bidder. The project shall include the resurfacing and rehabilitation of asphalt paved roads through the County's road network. Scope may include the milling, application of tack coat and placement of Hot Mix Asphalt per County specification. The County reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities and to reject any and all Bids. All questions herein must be answered by all bidders and the information given must be legible, clear in meaning and comprehensive. The bidder will not be given the opportunity to further explain or defend any answers beyond the time that this statement is submitted with the bid. This statement must be notarized. Questions may be answered on separate attached sheets if necessary. The Bidder may attach and submit any additional information which is believed to be pertinent to this bid
