Site work for a mixed-use development in Pueblo, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and playground / park / athletic field.
The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting sealed bids for Site Access Improvements including demo of existing ped. bridge and abutments. Project is estimated between $50k and $75k All questions related to the project shall be submitted via e-mail to the Project Manager, Shaun Gordon at shaun.gordon@state.co.us. The deadline for questions is 3/14/2024 at 10:00 AM. The following descriptions delineate the Work, materials, and how measurements of completed Work will be made and paid for, for each bid item in the Bid Schedule. The Bidder is to read these definitions and price their proposal accordingly. Work stoppage is a possibility. The contractor must request all shutdowns or stoppages in writing. If a shutdown is granted, the Division will pay for only work that has been totally completed. No advanced payment of mobilization will be made. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
