Replacement of Blacktail Bridge Each Bid must be accompanied by a 10% Bid Security as specified in the Contract Documents. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least sixty (60) calendar days after scheduled time of receipt of bids. All bidders must be licensed and insured in accordance with Beaverhead County's requirements. The County Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities or informalities and to make awards in any manner deemed solely by the Commissioners to be in the best interest of the County.
