Pursuant to A.R.S. 41-2578 and 41-2580, the Arizona Department of Administration, General Services Division (the State), invites interested contractors to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services. The State is seeking a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for completion of the CMAR - Fire Suppression System ASPC - Lewis. The selected contractor, the Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) and the A/E Design Team (Design Professional) will use a team approach on this project Any inquiry related to a Solicitation, including any requests for or inquiries regarding standards referenced in the Solicitation shall be directed solely to the Procurement Officer The State makes no guarantee as to actual spend under any resultant contract.
