Renovate Earl Edgar Park by adding a dog park, improvements to baseball, softball and multi-use fields, adding sidewalks, ramadas, two pickleball courts, fitness stations along the walking paths, batting cages at all four baseball/softball fields, constructing a new parking lot of 136 spaces on the side of the park, repairs to the existing parking lots and upgrades to the central restroom. IT needs, including security camera and badge access will be considered. Any electrical upsizing and conduit are included to better meet resident needs. Also, to extend and add parking lot on the north side of the existing lot at the Senior Center in the .05-acre area. This parking lot expansion includes consideration for lighting, landscaping, and drainage retention. The project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
