Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

This 914 +/- SF renovation consists of replacement of the Gamma Knife Unit. Without intending to limit and/or restrict the volume of work required by applicable drawings and this project manual, the scope of work generally consists of the following work: a. Remove existing Unit and install new Gamma Knife Unit. b. Trenching of the existing concrete floor for new conduit run. Patch concrete floor slab. c. Remove existing flooring and install new finish floor. d. Modifications to existing gypsum board at walls as required for the installation of new casework & countertops, and MEP equipment supporting the new Gamma Knife Unit - coordinate locations with MEP drawings. e. MEP Scope of Work: 1) Removal of 2 VAV terminal boxes, ductwork, and piping as required to install 2 new VAV terminal boxes serving the Unit. 2) Balancing of system to provide the correct airflow. 3) Installation of new power and data associated with new gamma knife unit.
