As of April 22, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The Project is expected to be awarded on May 9, 2023 during the Board Meeting. Question Deadline 04/09/2024 at 2:00 PM ET The Sports & Exhibition Authority will receive sealed bids for Exhibit Hall/Service Corridor Lighting Upgrades as identified below for the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. The contract for this work will be with the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. Inquiries regarding the bidding should be made to the Sports & Exhibition Authority 171 10th Street, 2nd Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, Attention: Lucas Kistler- E-mail: lkistler@pittsburghcc.com, Telephone: 412-325-6179. The contract will be a prime contract with the Owner. Bid pricing (for base bid and/or alternates) may be held open by Owner for a period of ninety (90) days following bid opening before award of contract. All Bids will require a ten percent (10%) surety in the form of a Bid Bond, a certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of no less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Base Bid (unless otherwise noted in the Bid Form Document). The SEA has goals of 25% MBE and 10% WBE participation in this project. Bidders must provide a completed Certificate of MBE/WBE Participation form and a Solicitation Statement with their bid.
