Renovation of a mixed-use development in Piqua, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and parking garage.

The City ofPiqua is requesting bids for the painting of the basement and garage areas of the Police Department, withm the Municipal Govei-nment Complex at 201 W. Water Street, Piqua Ohio. The work will include painting all the walls with two coats of eggshell latex paint to match all the existing colors, areas are drywall in the basement and CMU in the garage areas. Please see Exhibits A & B for appropriate boundaries. Work to include: o Filling all holes and cracked drywall bead and caulk all necessary imperfections within the proposed work area. o Some moving of incidental items can be expected, by selected pamting contractor. o Appropriate time must be allowed for help and coordination of this work areas. o The basement area will be also having new carpeting installed later, with new cove base - size will be 5" base. o There will be a pre-bid meeting for this work on March 20, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. - meet in the rotunda area of the MGC. o The awarded contractor will be permitted to use areas within the building to store unused paint and drop cloths and other supplies while the project is underway. All areas must be approved by the Police Chief or his assigned designate. o This work can be scheduled as soon as all contract administration requirements have been satisfied. Altemate/Optional work o Price for repainting metal stair risers on stairs between first of second floor of Rotmda of the Municipal Government Center.
