Renovation of a municipal facility in Piqua, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Scope of Work for Rear Door Replacement. Located at 116 W. High St. Piqua, OH 45356. Northwest Door at rear of the Fort Piqua Plaza. o Replace the first-floor door on the northwest comer on the rear of the building. o This existing door is a wooden door with half glass and with a wood jamb. o The replacement door is to be a hollow, metal, commercial steel door with matching door light and door plants applied to match the existing style. o The door hardware can be reused (closer, panic hardware, and handle set and jamb will remain.) (R) The door sweep and threshold need to be replaced. o The painting of the door is to match the existing door color. o If the bidding contractor uses a subcontractor to perform this work, this must be disclosed as a part of the bid proposal. o Work to be performed as soon as possible The undersigned proposes and agrees to furnish any or all items bid at the prices stated herein.
