The University is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to demolish and replace: 1). First and Second floor exterior wood decks/railings, etc. 2). Front Facade first and second floor vinyl windows, 3). Front Facade first floor composite stone exterior wall finish and second floor vinyl siding. Replace the whole facade with new vinyl siding, and all other work as specified. Work to occur at Sea Gull Village Buildings 1400 & 1402. 1. Demolition and replacement of: a. First and Second floor exterior wood decks/railings, etc. b. Front Facade first and second floor vinyl windows c. Front Facade first floor composite stone exterior wall finish and second floor vinyl siding. Replace the whole facade with new vinyl siding. 2. There is no mechanical scope to be completed with this project 3. Minor electrical scope includes demolition and installation of exterior entry door light fixtures and replacement of exterior electrical duplex outlets 4. Fire Alarm conduit demolition and re-installation will be completed by the University's vendor and coordinated through the University's Project Manager 5. Special Inspections listed on Structural Drawing S0.1 are to paid for by the Contractor 6. No Building Permit is required for this Project. Liquidity Damages: Failure to complete the project within the work period specified herein shall make the Contractor liable for liquidated damages. Owner Rights: The University reserves the right to reject a proposed subcontractor for reasonable cause. Items "C' and "D" below shall also apply to Subcontractors.
