Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Mission, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The purpose of this Request is to pre-qualify experienced and qualified Respondents for future demolition and disposal services who prioritize safety and sustainability while executing efficient and effective demolition techniques. The City has a strong preference to minimize waste generation by utilizing innovative methods for reuse or recycling. These methods should include the salvage and reuse of materials, when possible. The City anticipates the scope of services may include, but are not limited to: demolition and disposal of related materials that result from demolition of buildings/structures. hazardous material abatement and disposal building foundation remediation and site grading to specification. safe disposal or recycling of materials a manner in compliant with local/provincial/federal laws, and WorkSafe BC and Environmental guidelines removal of any remaining debris locksmith services Qualified Environment Professional (QEP) where environmental concerns are present at the site work in conjunction with RCMP and other City Departments when required work in conjunction with Animal Control Services when required storage of valuable items removed prior to demolition Documents can be obtained from https://mission.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/77551
