The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center (MVPC) are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance for Switchgear and Ancillary Equipment for MVPC, located at 1400 Noyes Street, Utica, NY 13502. The Scope of Work with preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, schedule matrix, etc. is detailed in Appendix D of the attached contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. Questions from potential bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, April 9, 2024 by 3:00pm ET per the instructions in the IFB.
