Indicate all ductwork, piping (HVAC, plumbing and fire protection) larger than 1/2 " in diameter, conduit larger than 1" in diameter, all cable runs in excess of 5 cables. Indicate finish ceiling heights, lighting fixtures. In cases of open ceilings indicate elevation of lowest point (lighting fixture, piping, ductwork, conduit, etc.). . Responsible for the cutting and patch to match existing to facilitate the work this Contract's Scope of Work. Surfaces to be ready to receive new finishes. . Provide concrete and reinforcement for housekeeping pads required by this contract. . Painting of exposed piping and ductwork in Mechanical Rooms/Boiler Rooms. . Provide temporary connections between existing and new systems to maintain functional systems at all points while the building is occupied to maintain fully operational systems. . Isolate completely HVAC systems that serve areas under construction from areas that are occupied by the District. . Coordinate with the Temperature Controls contractor for installation of dampers, actuators and controls valves. .
