Renovation of an educational facility in Penticton, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replacement of the remaining (9) classroom rooftop units with packaged heat pumps w/ natural gas backup heating Replacement of (2) admin area rooftop units with packaged heat pump(s) w/ natural gas backup heating Replacement or addition of (3) exhaust systems Tie-in of new room multi-function sensors to provide carbon dioxide (CO2) and occupancy sensing, in addition to room temperature sensing only Integration of all new HVAC systems with the schools DDC system Question Deadline 03/27/2024 Inquiries during the tender period may be directed to the appropriate consultant but must be copied to the prime consultant. Inquiries are to be submitted by e-mail only. No oral clarifications will be issued. All changes to the contract will be issued in the form of written addenda. Any questions requiring clarification by Addenda must be submitted to the Consultant at least (5) working days prior to tender close, after which the final addendum will be issued, if necessary.
