Description

Renovation of a residential development in Bisbee, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The City of Bisbee has been awarded a federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) and will accept sealed bids from qualified firms or individuals licensed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to perform the following services: Bisbee's Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program will assist homeowners in the Saginaw neighborhood with emergency home repairs that address health and safety concerns. Priority being given to inadequate roofing; faulty electrical and/or plumbing; window replacement; unsafe heating and cooling; and accessibility needs of the residents.
