The scope includes assessing, procuring, installing, and commissioning new elevator units and adhering to safety standards and compliance regulations for elevators in Bryan, Reynolds, Watts, Hill, and Hunt buildings. o Assessment: Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the existing elevator systems within the designated facilities to determine their condition, performance, and suitability for replacement. o Planning: Develop a detailed plan for the phased replacement of elevators, considering factors such as building occupancy, usage patterns, and operational requirements. o Safety Enhancements: Implement safety enhancements by the latest elevator safety codes and regulations. This may include the installation of advanced safety features and emergency communication systems. o Control System Upgrade: The outdated analog logic controls will replace state-of-the- art digital control systems. This upgrade aims to improve operational efficiency, responsiveness, and system reliability. o New Control System: Integrate a new control system that enhances the elevator's performance, efficiency, and adaptability to future technological advancements. o Cabin Rebuilding: The existing elevator cabs will be evaluated for a complete rebuilding or replacement process to meet modern safety and aesthetic standards.
